All upholstered furniture purchased online may be returned within three days of delivery for in store exchange only. Merchandise must be in new condition and a restocking fee up to 30% may apply. How do I return an upholstered furniture item?
Products may be returned within three days of delivery for exchange only by contacting your local Furniture Galleries that delivered your product(s) or by calling 1-800-375-6890. While every item in our collection is inspected before leaving our warehouse, please contact us immediately should damage occur in transit or if you discover any manufacturer defect. Once we have gathered all of your information, you will be contacted to set up a time for merchandise pick-up. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Merchandise must be in new condition and a restocking fee up to 30% may apply. Upon inspection, merchandise not returned in good condition may be rejected or subject to additional usage fees. Refund mode & duration
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
