At Shagun Seasoning & Arts, we are committed to making your delivery experience smooth, thoughtful, and stress-free.

Delivery Scheduling
Our team will contact you the evening before your scheduled delivery to share a three-hour delivery window. While we aim to stay within this window, occasional delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Staying Connected
To ensure timely and clear communication, please provide the most accurate and reachable contact details. This helps us coordinate with you both the evening before and on the day of delivery.

Missed Delivery Windows
If you're unavailable during the scheduled window, don’t worry—we’ll happily coordinate a new delivery time that works for you. No additional charges will apply for rescheduling.

Preparing Your Space
Please measure doorways, staircases, hallways, and room dimensions ahead of time to ensure your furniture fits comfortably. If any item cannot be delivered due to space constraints, we’ll work with you on the best next steps—always with your convenience in mind.

Before delivery, kindly:

• Clear a safe path to the intended room
• Remove any wall decor or delicate items along the route
• Ensure the space is ready, as our team does not move existing furniture or electronics

Floor Care
To protect your flooring, we recommend placing rugs, blankets, or cardboard in the delivery path. For wooden floors, using cloth or felt pads under furniture legs is helpful. While we take the utmost care, Shagun Seasoning & Arts is not liable for any floor damage or cleaning.

Product Inspection & Support
Once your furniture is placed, our team will walk through it with you to ensure everything is in excellent condition. In the rare event of a defect or damage, we will provide an exchange at no cost to you.

If you've chosen our 5-Year Protection Plan, your product is covered for long-term care. Otherwise, any service or warranty assistance will be provided from our Distribution Center, with transportation support available as needed.
